Chicken Feet Bone Broth

Chicken Feet Bone Broth

The first time I saved chicken feet when we butchered was about 7 years ago when our son-in-law from Trinidad asked us to keep them for him.  I thought he was crazy.........but like good in-laws do, we kept them for him to cook & eat.  Since then, I have seen many references to the wonderful nutritional benefits from these little buggers.  They make a great gelatinous, gut healing, body warming broth.  In addition to that they are one of the best ways to make a rich broth, and they are full of glucosamine, chondroitin, collagen and trace minerals!!  Great for hair, nails, joints, and our digestive health!  Chicken feet have even shown to help improve arthritis and even been used to promote regeneration and healing in spinal cord injury.

If you get your feet straight off the farm, you will need to blanch and peel them first.  But, if you get them from us, they are prepared for you already.
