"Buff" Bratwurst
100% bison, 100% delicious brats that will leave you feeling great because they are so low in fat and cholesterol. No preservatives, pork or beef added to bison. Stuffed in natural pork casings. Prepare by grilling or pan frying first. Optionally you can simmer them in beer & onions or broth to keep them warm and moist for a party or delayed meal. Drizzle olive oil and fresh rosemary on our buffalo brats and bake in the oven.

We love the Bison hot dogs and brats. They have less fat than regular brats or hot dogs plus they have no added preservatives, nitrates, etc., so they pass the "mom" test! Delicious and easy to make, the hot dogs can be eaten right from the pack or cooked. The brats cook in a very short time. The meat simply tastes "cleaner" than store purchased red meat.

I love that the bison are grass fed birth to death, and are humanely killed. It's exactly what I want and it is so hard to find.

I bought the Habanero fire brats. Super flavor, juicy and pack a pretty good punch heatwise. I have ordered these several times and they are always great. As with any Bison product, do not overcook.
