Cooked slowly to perfection this roast is great for entrees like bison barley stew, BBQ sandwiches or with gravy over potatoes. Italian Roast: Pour 16 oz. bottle Italian Salad Dressing over 5 lbs of chuck roast and roast slowly at 225 degrees for 6 hours or so(until falls apart). Shred and mix into juices, serve on a bun or over garlic mashed potatoes!!!
