Notes to Consider Before Ordering:

• Fresh product is cut and packaged on Tuesdays, then shipped on Wednesdays. (Some exceptions on holiday weeks – call for information on holiday-week schedule).
• Fresh orders are recommended to be shipped by NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
• Combination orders of fresh and frozen products cannot be guaranteed of arrival condition; ie, frozen may start to soften on outer edges and fresh may have frozen spots.  Both can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival.   
• Questions on our products? We would love to answer any questions you have about our grassfed/pastured meats so feel free to contact us at bison@centurytel.net.
• Saturday delivery requires an additional surcharge. See Shipping Page for details.
• All meat is frozen, unless requested to be unfrozen, and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or freezer gel packs as needed.
