2 lb. Northstar Bison stew meat 1 tsp paprika 1/3 cup flour 1 tsp salt4 tbsp. Hi heating cooking oil ¼ tsp ground black pepper2 cups thinly sliced Spanish onion 1 tsp dry basil2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup diced carrots2 cups vegetable or chicken stock 1 ½ lb sweet potatoes cut in 1”1 cup water 1 ½ cups frozen peas 1 can tomatoes and chilis (optional)
